I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story and how your past can impact your present. Taking the step towards healing and self-improvement can feel daunting, overwhelming and uncomfortable.

How Can I Help?

I am here to listen, learn, reflect and empower you on your own journey. With experience working with humans of all ages, from early adolescence to adulthood, I have witnessed and firmly believe in the goodness that exists within all people, and the power of internal healing.

What is My Approach?

My approach to therapy is warm, integrative and non-judgmental. I use a variety of healing modalities centered in mindfulness, tracking behavioral changes and building new narratives to support clients in creating meaningful change. As we work together you will be seen, heard, validated and supported in a safe and trusting space, where I hold hope for you to discover what you are capable of creating on this journey.

More About Me: I grew up on the north coast of California in a small fishing village tucked inside the redwood forest, Trinidad CA.

Fun Fact: I have been a certified scuba diver since I was 10 years old, and gone as deep as 145ft underwater.
