No matter what your story is, you are capable of healing.

How Can I Help?

At some point in our lives we all experience psychological pain and suffering. Among feelings of guilt, anguish, fear, panic, angst, loneliness and helplessness there is nothing so painful as feeling as though you are damaged or broken. Yet, my personal and professional experiences have taught me that it is through experiencing brokenness we emerge our most beautiful, resilient and strong.

What is My Approach?

As an attachment-focused therapist, I believe trusting relationships and communication have the ability to heal the mind. Learning to share your experience and truth in a safe therapeutic environment can profoundly alter the course of your life; and give the damaged, painful and broken parts of yourself new meaning. I aim to help individuals increase mental well-being by developing self-compassion, self-expression, self-care, self-protection and self-efficacy.

More About Me: I traveled all around the world (Europe, Asia, the North Pacific and Middle East) while working as a photographer; adventuring alone I found friendship, wisdom, and beauty in the most unexpected places. I discovered the best parts of myself and others by getting lost, making mistakes, wandering off the beaten path, and saying yes to things that scared me.

Fun Fact: I snuck into a haunted women's prison in Thailand to take pictures!
