How Can I Help?

My goal is to be a source of support for my clients and help them identify their goals and priorities. We will work together to create a plan that will achieve what is most important to you, whether it be seeking deeper connections in relationships, more fulfilling professional pursuits, or simply being more confident and experiencing feelings of greater well-being.

What is My Approach?

I’m a strengths-based, goal-oriented therapist who believes that clients have what it takes to achieve the goals they set for themselves. I use a solution-focused lens and collaborative approach.
