Christina Fornecker

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #145113

I bring a playful, empowering, and warm energy to my work with individuals and relationships. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their unique paths towards greater well-being and fulfillment. Thank you for advocating for yourself by taking the first step in accessing support.

How Can I Help?

I work with adults and couples of all genders on all journeys with the goal of helping clients to foster self-love, promote self-discovery, and strengthen their relationships. I am kink-friendly, LGBTQ+, body positive, poly-friendly and sex work positive.

What is My Approach?

My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can freely express yourself and work towards your goals at your own pace. Informed by relational-cultural and attachment-based theories, I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic connection.

More About Me: I studied the art and science of photography over a decade ago and became a boudoir photographer. I loved making all bodies, genders, and identities feel beautiful in front of a camera. I learned early on that I loved seeing people show love and acceptance to themselves even just for a moment. I knew I wanted to do more, go deeper, find out why individuals struggle with self-love and build them up in the process of self-discovery.

Fun Fact: I have an english bulldog named Grandpaw who is the sweetest, snuggliest, but stinkiest little guy around. We lived in a 160 square foot skoolie together making memories traveling around the US but there was little to no escaping his farts while living in a tin can!
