How Can I Help?
Whether you are navigating a major life transition or relationship challenges, coping with grief and loss, or simply seeking positive change, my approach offers a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. Together, we explore what you value, where you find meaning, and how attachment or trauma may be influencing your patterns, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
What is My Approach?
I am grounded in psychodynamic, person centered, and existential theories while using a relational and strengths based approach. Our work is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, integrating therapeutic techniques that support lasting growth. Healing takes place within a safe and accepting relationship where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
What Is My Background?
I studied science, philosophy, and art history as an undergraduate and have a lifelong love of travel, culture, and learning. Alongside my professional psychotherapy training, I draw on years of experience as a personal finance advisor and certified life coach. I have two young adult children and a Shetland Sheepdog named Jax, all of whom continue to teach me about patience, connection, and joy.
