How Can I Help?
Whether you are navigating a major life transition or challenging relationship dynamics, grappling with grief and loss, or simply looking to make changes in your life, my approach provides a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can happen. Together we will explore what you value and where you find meaning, as well as address any attachment issues or trauma that might be getting in the way, so that you can move forward with greater confidence, intention, connection and joy.
What is My Approach?
While I am grounded in psychodynamic, person-centered and existential theories, I employ a relational, strengths-based and collaborative approach, integrating various therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs. Through our work together, healing and growth take place within the safety provided by the accepting and non-judgmental relationship between us.
More About Me: I studied science, philosophy, and art history as an undergraduate, and love traveling to other countries, learning about different cultures and perspectives. In addition to my professional psychotherapy skills, I also draw from years of experience as a personal finance advisor and certified life coach. I have two young adult children, and a Shetland Sheepdog named “Jax”.
