How Can I Help?

My focus is in addiction recovery, trauma healing, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Combining evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion, I help clients break generational patterns and create lasting change. My academic training and lived experience allow me to understand and guide you toward healing and long-term growth.

What is My Approach?

I blend insights from neuroscience with a compassionate, client-centered presence, recognizing how experiences shape both the body and the mind. My approach prioritizes safety as the foundation for meaningful transformation. Together, we work to uncover the reasons behind your patterns and replace confusion with clarity, helplessness with empowerment, and disconnection with self-understanding.

What Is My Background?

Before pursuing my education and training, I lived through addiction and trauma and experienced recovery firsthand. That personal journey inspired my purpose as a therapist: helping others find hope, strength, and freedom as they move from surviving to thriving.
