How Can I Help?
I work with individuals navigating trauma and PTSD, neurodivergent experiences, religious trauma, and LGBTQ+ identities. I offer affirming, trauma-informed care that honors your identity, your nervous system, and the ways you’ve learned to survive.
What is My Approach?
I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and understood. It can feel tender and overwhelming to explore your story. You don’t have to do it alone. My approach is collaborative, gentle, and grounded in compassion. I move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you, while creating a space where you can show up as you are, feel respected without judgment, and explore growth with curiosity and care.
What Is My Background?
I’m Santa Barbara born and raised who values authenticity, inclusivity, and creating spaces where people of all identities feel welcome. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my pets, outside at the beach in the sun, or inside with a book while it rains!
